Pradhan mantari Digital Health Mission: प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी ने डिजिटल हेल्थ मिशन (Ayushman Bharat Digital Mission) की शुरुआत कर दी है। इसके तहत आम जनता को एक यूनिक हेल्थ आईडी (Unique Health ID) भी मिलेगी। इसके जरिए आम लोगों के स्वास्थ्य का पूरा ब्योरा रखा जाएगा। इसकी मदद से मरीज और डॉक्टर अपने रिकॉर्ड्स चेक कर सकते हैं।
इसमें डॉक्टर्स, नर्स समेत अन्य स्वास्थ्यकर्मियों का रजिस्ट्रेशन होगा, अस्पताल-क्लीनिक-मेडिकल स्टोर्स का रजिस्ट्रेशन होगा। पीएम मोदी ने कहा कि अभी तक लोगों को किसी दूसरी जगह इलाज के लिए जाने पर अपना पूरा मेडिकल इतिहास ले जाना पड़ता है, लेकिन जब ऐसी सुविधाएं डिजिटली होंगी तब लोगों के साथ-साथ डॉक्टर्स को भी मदद मिलेगी।
क्या है यूनिक हेल्थ आईडी?
आइए जानते हैं क्या है यूनिक हेल्थ आईडी (Digital Health ID)।यूनिक हेल्थ आईडी एक 14 डिजिट का रैंडम तरीके से जनरेट नंबर होगा. इसकी मदद से एक आम आदमी के हेल्थ का रिकॉर्ड रखा जा सकेगा। साथ ही इसके लिए एक मोबाइल एप्लिकेशन होगी, जिसकी मदद से इसमें दर्ज जानकारी देखी जा सकेंगी।
हेल्थकेयर प्रोफेशनल्स रजिस्ट्री (HPR) और हेल्थकेयर फैसिलिटीज रजिस्ट्रियां (HFR) इसमें एक फंड (भंडार) की भूमिका निभाएंगे, जिसमें सारा डेटा कलेक्ट होगा, जिसे हेल्थकेयर प्रोवाइडर्स से साझा किया जाएगा। इससे डॉक्टर्स/हॉस्पिटल्स का काम थोड़ा आसान होगा।
ऐसे बनवाएं हेल्थ आईडी।
- इस मिशन को सरकार ने ऐतिहासिक करार दिया है और इसके तहत हर नागरिक के पास हेल्थ आईडी होगी।
- यह कार्ड पूरी तरह से डिजिटल होगा जो देखने में आधार कार्ड की तरह होगा। इस कार्ड पर आपको एक नंबर मिलेगा, जैसा नंबर आधार में होता है।
- पब्लिक हॉस्पिटल, कम्युनिटी हेल्थ सेंटर, हेल्थ एंड वेलनेस सेंटर या वैसा हेल्थकेयर प्रोवाइडर जो नेशनल हेल्थ इंफ्रास्ट्रक्चर रजिस्ट्री से जुड़ा हो, किसी व्यक्ति की हेल्थ आईडी बना सकता है। (Ayushman Bharat Digital Mission) https://healthid.ndhm.gov.in/register पर खुद के रिकॉर्ड्स रजिस्टर करा कर भी आप अपनी हेल्थ आईडी बना सकते हैं।
यूनिक हेल्थ कार्ड से क्या होगा फायदा.
यूनिक हेल्थ कार्ड बन जाने के बाद मरीज को डॉक्टर से दिखाने के लिए फाइल ले जाने से छुटकार मिलेगा। डॉक्टर या अस्पताल रोगी का यूनिक हेल्थ आईडी देखकर उसका पूरा डेटा निकालेंगे और सभी बातें जान सकेंगे। इसी आधार पर आगे का इलाज शुरू हो सकेगा। यह कार्ड ये भी बताएगा कि उस व्यक्ति को किन-किन सरकारी योजनाओं का लाभ मिलता है।
हेल्थ आईडी में ये बातें होंगी दर्ज
- जिस व्यक्ति की आईडी बनेगी उससे मोबाइल नंबर और आधार नंबर लिया जाएगा।
- आधार और मोबाइल नंबर की मदद से यूनिक हेल्थ कार्ड बनाया जाएगा।
- इसके लिए सरकार एक हेल्थ अथॉरिटी बनाएगी जो व्यक्ति का एक-एक डेटा जुटाएगी।
- जिस व्यक्ति की हेल्थ आईडी बननी है, उसके हेल्थ रिकॉर्ड जुटाने के लिए हेल्थ अथॉरिटी की तरफ से इजाजत दी जाएगी। इसी आधार पर आगे का काम बढ़ाया जाएगा।
