दोस्तों कहि जाने के लिए व कोई लोकेशन का पता करने के लिए आपने गूगल मैप का इस्तेमाल तो किया होगा। गूगल मैप जिसका वर्चस्व पूरी दुनिया में चलता है, परन्तु अब यह बदलता हुआ नजर आ रहा है। भारत का डिजिटल Navic Map ने गूगल मैप को पीछे हटाने के मार्ग में व आत्मनिर्भर भारत की और एक और कदम बढ़ाया।
भारतीय स्पेस एजेंसी Indian space regional organization (ISRO) व Indian Regional Navigation satellite System, द्वारा विकसित स्वदेशी satellite navigation system तैयार किया जिसे NavIC नाम दिया गया है। यह पूर्णतया भारत सरकार के अधीन है। इसकी मदद से न केवल आप भारत के रास्तो की लोकेशन व पडोसी देशो नेपाल, भूटान आदि देशो के रास्ते तलाश कर पाएंगे।

NavIC Map नैविगेशन विद इंडियन कौन्स्टेलेशन (Navigation With Indian Constellation– नाविक), यह स्वतंत्र व स्वदेशी क्षेत्रीय नेविगेशन satellite system – (IRNSS) है। जिसे भारतीय क्षेत्र व मुख्य भूमि के आसपास 1500 किमी की दूरी में अवस्थिति-जानकारी प्रदान करता हैं।
इंडिया का नाविक सिस्टम USA के GPS को रेप्लस करने वाला है। भारत मै, Google map कोई भी location को पिन- पॉइंट करने के लिए 24 सॅटॅलाइट का इस्तेमाल करता है- और फिर भी 20 से 25m में से चूक जाता है।
वही भारत का नाविक सिर्फ 7 सॅटॅलाइट होने के बावजूद भी 5m की करेक्ट एक्यूरेसी प्रदान करता है। NavIC दिखने में ठीक वैसा ही होगा, जैसा अमेरिकी GPS दिखता है, लेकिन इसकी प्रोडक्टिव, एक्यूरेसी व प्राइवेसी जीपीएस से बेहतर होगी। परन्तु अब यह सवाल आता है की गूगल मैप होने बाद नाविक की क्या आवश्यकता पड़ गयी?
हर देश के पास अपना सॅटॅलाइट व नेविगेशन सिस्टम है। उदहारण के लिए:-
- अमेरिका – (GPS), 24 सैटेलाइट।
- रूस- (Glonass), 24 सैटेलाइट।
- यूरोप- ( Galileo)कुल 26 सैटेलाइट हैं इस सिस्टम मे।
- चीन- (BeiDou), 30 सैटेलाइट हैं।
साल 1990 में जब पाकिस्तानी सैनिक घुसपैठियों की तरह कश्मीर में घुस आए और उन्होंने कारगिल में कई पहाड़ियों पर कब्जा कर लिया, तब उनकी लोकेशन को ट्रैक करने के लिए भारतीय सरकार ने अमेरिका के स्टॉन्ग Satellite system जीपीएस की मदद मांगी। जो दुश्मनों की लोकेशन को ट्रैक कर सकता था। अमेरिका अपने जीपीएस सिस्टम से कारगिल में छिपे आतंकवादियों की सही जानकारी दे सकता था, लेकिन ऐसा नहीं हुआ। भारत सरकार की उम्मीदों पर पानी फेरते हुए अमेरिका ने ऐसा करने से मना कर दिया। उन्होंने पाकिस्तान का साथ दिया जिसमें हमारे 500 से अधिक जवान शहीद हो गए व कुछ घायल।
इसके बाद हमारा डिपार्टमेंट ऑफ़ साइंस एंड टेक्नोलॉजी जिसके अंदर हमारा ISRO भी आता है। वह लग गए स्वदेशी satellite navigation system बानाने के लिए। तो भारत ने भी आत्मनिभर्रता की और एक और कदम बढ़ाते हुए, सवदेशी – NAVIC Map बनाया।
अब भारत को नेविगेशन सर्विस के लिए विदेशी सर्विसेज GPS पर निर्भर नहीं रहना होगा, क्योकि भारत के पास अपना मैपिंग पोर्टल और अपनी भू-स्थानिक डेटा सर्विस होगा।
इंडियन रीजनल नेविगेशन सैटेलाइट सिस्टम (IRNSS) को NavIC (Navigation with Indian Constellation) कहा जाता है। यह भारत का स्वदेशी नेविगेशन सिस्टम है, जिसे ISRO ने बनाया है। यह सिर्फ भारत के ऊपर ही काम करेगा। इसके लिए ISRO ने 7 सैटेलाइट पृथ्वी की कक्षा में स्थापित किया है। यह IRNSS हैं, इसमें भारत में कहीं पर भी आपको जीपीएस से बेहतर नेवीगेशन मिलेगा।
स्वदेशी नेविगेशन ऐप पर रियल सैटेलाइट इमेज होगी। यह ISRO द्वारा उपलब्ध करवाई जाएंगी, ऐप बिल्कुल मुफ्त होगा व भारत सरकार के अन्तर्गत होगा, तो किसी विज्ञापन बिजनेस मॉडल के अंदर नहीं आएगा। यह प्राइवेसी के मामले में यूजर को फुल सिक्योरिटी प्रदान करता GPS की तुलना में।
Partnership With MapMyIndia
भारत को ये स्वदेशी नेविगेशन सर्विस लोकेशन एंड नेविगेशन टेक्नोलॉजी सॉल्यूशन प्रोवाइडर MapMyIndia के साथ मिलकर Indian space agency (ISRO) उपलब्ध करा रहा है। डिपार्टमेंट ऑफ स्पेस के तहत आने वाले ISRO ने CE Info Systems Pvt Ltd MoU साइन कर लिया है। CE Info Systems Pvt Ltd ही MapmyIndia को कंट्रोल करती है। MapmyIndia के सीईओ और एक्जीक्यूटिव डॉयरेक्टर रोहन वर्मा ने बताया कि इसरो (ISRO) की तरफ से सैटेलाइट इमेज और ऑब्जर्वेशन डेटा उपलब्ध कराया जाएगा और MapmyIndia डिजिटल तरीके से सर्विस उपलब्ध कराएगा। उनका यह कहना है, इसके बाद विदेशी नेविगेशन सर्विस की आवश्यकता नहीं पड़ेगी।
Mapmyindia ISRO के साथ 3 पॉर्टल बना रहे है, जिसे इसरो ने नाम दिया:
- Bhuvan
- Vedas
- Mosdac
भारत का Navic Map भी गूगल मैप की तरह ही है जो की USA के मैपिंग पोर्टल, गूगल मैप – GPS satellite का इस्तेमाल करता है उसी तरह भारत के भुवन, वेदस व मोसडक ये 3 मैपिंग पोर्टल इंडियन रीजनल navigation satellite system (IRNSS) का इस्तेमाल करते है, जो की navigation with Indian constellation, NavIC system। ये जियो पोर्टल हैं। NavIC Map system का ही भाग है भुवन, वेदस और मॉडस जो की हमें रास्ता बताने व स्टडी करने में सहायता करेंगे।
- भुवन (Bhuvan), इसरो द्वारा विकसित और संचालित किया जाने वाला’ (National Geo-Portal) है।इसमें भू-स्थानिक आंकड़े, सेवाएं और विश्लेषण करने हेतु उपकरण, सम्मिलित होते हैं। हमें कई पुराने मैप प्रोवाइड करके, डेफोरेस्टशन ट्राइंग रिवर जैसे इश्यूज पे स्टडी करने में सहायक होगा। और मेथोलॉजिकल और जियोलाजिकल सॅटॅलाइट बेस्ड डेटा आर्काइवल सेंटर।
- Visualization of Earth observation Data and Archival System (VEDAS) वेदास ऑप्टिकल, माइक्रोवेव, थर्मल और हाइपरस्पेक्ट्रल ईओ डेटा का उपयोग करते हुए एक ऑनलाइन जियो प्रोसेसिंग प्लेटफॉर्म है जो विशेष रूप से academic research और समस्या समाधान के लिए अनुप्रयोगों को कवर करता है।
- मोजडैक’ (Meteorological And Oceanographic Satellite Data Archival Centre– MOSDAC) अर्थात, मौसम विज्ञान और महासागरीय उपग्रह डेटा अभिलेखीय केंद्र, इसरो के सभी मौसमविज्ञान-संबंधी मिशनों के लिए आंकड़ों का भंडार है तथा मौसम संबंधी जानकारी, समुद्र-विज्ञान और उष्णकटिबंधीय जलवायु चक्र से संबंधित है।
